Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1 ripe banana
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like coconut or almond milk)
1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)
½ cup ice cubes
Instructions:
Scoop avocado flesh into the blender.
Add banana, milk, and honey.
Add ice cubes for a colder, thicker smoothie.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
