Avocado Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like coconut or almond milk)

  • 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)

  • ½ cup ice cubes


Instructions:

  1. Scoop avocado flesh into the blender.

  2. Add banana, milk, and honey.

  3. Add ice cubes for a colder, thicker smoothie.

  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
