Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach or kale (washed)

  • 1 green apple (cored and chopped)

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cucumber (peeled if desired)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 cup water or coconut water

  • A few ice cubes

  • (Optional: small piece of ginger or fresh mint)


Instructions:

  1. Add spinach or kale to the blender first.

  2. Add apple, banana, cucumber, and lemon juice.

  3. Pour in water or coconut water.

  4. Add ice cubes and any optional ginger or mint.

  5. Blend until smooth and vibrant green.

  6. Serve immediately for maximum freshness.
