  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen, hulled)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

  • ½ cup milk (any kind)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes (as needed)


 Instructions:

  1. Place strawberries and banana into the blender.

  2. Add yogurt, milk, and sweetener (if using).

  3. Add a few ice cubes to thicken and chill the smoothie.
