Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries – fresh or frozen)

  • ½ banana

  • 1 cup plain yogurt or kefir

  • ½ cup apple juice (or orange juice)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)


Instructions:

  1. Add mixed berries and banana to the blender.

  2. Pour in yogurt and apple juice.

  3. Add honey and ice cubes if desired.

  4. Blend until smooth and slightly frothy.

  5. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
